Which airport do I fly into? SJO San Jose, Costa Rica (FLY IN ON THE 7th of February and get the free airport shuttle to the Adventure Inn)
Where is Retreat? Two retreat locations: In La Fortuna at Arenal Volcano as well as Punta Uva Beach on the Caribbean Coast
Weather – The average temperature in Arenal Volcano National Park in March for a typical day ranges from a high of 89°F (32°C) to a low of 69°F (21°C). Some would describe the temperature to be very warm. The general area may also feel breezy.
The average temperatures in Punta Uva in March is pleasantly warm with a gentle breeze, with average highs of 80°F (27°C) and lows of 72°F (22°C). Nice breezes, nice rains and soothing jungle sounds abound.
What to Bring – Passport, protection from Sun, bathing suit, water bottle, natural bug spray, yoga mat (if desired), sarong or light beach towel, poncho and/or umbrella, hiking boots or other good shoes for walking/hiking (if desired, barefoot is fine too), journal, altar object/s, books if desired.
What we provide ~ Towels, Bedding, DIY Breakfast from a stocked refrigerator and one prepared meal per day, Snacks and Chocolate, Movement + Connection Workshops, Dream Circles, Rituals, Ecstatic Dance, BriBri Cacao Tour, Hot Springs resort all day pass, shared hotel rooms at the Adventure Inn on the 7th and 21st of February, shuttles to and from both retreat homes.
What YOU need to budget for ~ airplane tickets, one meal a day (if you eat 3 meals typically), tuktuk rides if you go exploring by yourself or with others in the group, add-on excursions you wish to do, souvenirs.
What to leave at home ~ Drugs, Alcohol, Pets (unless it’s a service animal and then I need ample notice). This is a conscious, clear and courageous container where we ask people to abstain unless medical. And I assure you that your mind, body and spirit will altered in the best way, but naturally, from connection with others and the power of nature!
Is this retreat for women only? No. In fact, I personally would love to have supportive cis-men, ENBY’s and any genders at the retreat. This retreat centers womb holders, and those who have been harmed from the indoctrination of colonialism…which is honestly ALL of us, even if on the outside there are more obvious oppressions. I believe we all can benefit from the healing of the God/dess + Mother wound, and that leads to a healing with Mother Earth, which leads to a sense of true belonging in our humanity. And when we feel like we belong, we forget to be so divisive, while we simultaneously remember to live our unique expression in this lifetime. We will be tapping into and centering the Nectar of the Goddess within ourselves. Remembering our animal bodies as connected and intrinsically woven in with our divinity. Healing the Sacral Center, Marrying the masculine, feminine and genderless child within ourselves, and Re-igniting our Creative Life Force. There might be certain classes where we ask that it is for women identified only.
Can I bring my child/ren? Children are allowed, my child will be there. However we have a cap on the number of children allowed, on a first come, first serve basis. Please reach out to me for any questions around this.
*Deposits fully refundable before Nov 15, 2025, minus processing fee of $75. A 50% deposit returned between Nov 15–Dec 15. After December 15, 2025, 0% of deposit is offered back. Retreat dates and schedule subject to change, and if the dates change, your deposit and/or reservation will be applied to new event dates. Remaining balance due by Jan 15, 2026 and can be broken up into payments if needed.
